Finance and Operations Manager Salary to £70,000 + amazing benefits London / in office 2 days per week About the RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented Operations, Finance & Compliance Associate to support our clients operations, legal, and finance teams. You'll handle quarterly reporting, KYC compliance, office management, and LP communications. Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage investor inquiries are key. Key Responsibilities Financial Admin: Log invoices, chase missing invoices, reconcile payments, and process expenses. Account Admin: Manage accounts, update security settings. KYC & Onboarding: Handle investor forms, verify KYC documents, run checks. Fund Admin & Reporting: Manage portfolio submissions, coordinate quarterly reports, update LP communications. Office Management: Manage office supplies, liaise with landlords, ensure a clean and organized space. Compliance: Schedule compliance meetings, update training records, ensure safety assessments.
