Average People Partner salary in the UK

We are currently partnering with a leading Not for profit organisation who are recruiting for a fully remote People Partner position on a 6-Month FTC. This is a full-time position with an annual salary of £40k and benefits including enhanced maternity and paternity leave, pension scheme and 28 days holiday + bank holiday. The ideal candidat will have previous experience leading change management and restructure processes. Your new companyWorking for the NHS in a 12 month fixed term until March 2026 - People Partner role in Exeter.The role is an band 7 and starts at £46,148.Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week.
