Indirect supervision from the clinical lead will be via regular formal training, 1:1 sessions, peer review and case studies. Access to advice and support from a clinical or team lead and MDT is availableTo provide support to MDT and cover for absent colleagues as required.To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.To act as an advocate for patients and their families when necessary.To carryout risk assessment in line with Trust/National Protocol.To anticipate care needs and develop individual patient centred intervention and management plansTo ensure patient care and planned therapeutic interventions are supported by available evidence base and experiential knowledge, and are in accordance with Code of Professional conduct.To keep up to date with professional standards, keep abreast of recent literature and adhere to NICE guidance To be successful in applying for this role you will need: Previous experience as a Band 5 or 6 PhysiotherapistExperience working with conditions with complex symptom presentationExperience working with individuals with Long Term Health Conditions and conditions within allocated specialitiesExperience supporting junior staff, support staffHCPC registered.Degree In Physiotherapy or equivalent.
