Description Collaborate with the Development team to deliver new concepts and projects aligned with customer briefs. Manage development projects from initial brief (provided by site NPD controllers) through to successful product launch. Establish critical timelines and ensure all project milestones are met, fulfilling customer, business, commercial, nutritional, and process development requirements. Adhere to the product development process, ensuring each stage is completed, accurately documented, and effectively communicated to key stakeholders. Take a leading role in packaging development activities. Prepare concept samples in collaboration with the NPD team for internal and external presentations, ensuring recipe costs align with target budgets.
