Your New Role As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and optimising CNC programs for complex components, ensuring precision and efficiency across 3 and 5 axis machines. You'll work closely with production and quality teams to meet project milestones and maintain high standards. Key responsibilities include create and amend CNC programs using CAD/CAM software. Prove first-off parts and maintain quality documentation. Collaborate with schedulers and operators to meet deadlines. Design jigs and tooling as required. Support continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll Need to Succeed Ideally you will have proven experience in CNC programming, ideally with 3 & 5 axis machines and a strong understanding of engineering drawings and CAD/CAM systems. Experience with Hypermill (training can be provided). Ability to work independently and solve technical challenges. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Programme Manager - Milton Keynes, up to £70,000 per annum plus benefits - Hybrid We are partnering an innovative brand in Milton Keynes to lead their search for a Programme Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The Programme Manager will recieve a salary around £70,000 per annum plus a wider benefits package which will include healthcare, pension and annual bonus plan.
