Description The Customer Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all customer requirements are planned and executed in a manner that will meet the implementation goals for the project. Key goals are to complete the project within the established time frame and budget and to a high degree of customer satisfaction. The Customer Project Manager will serve as a liaison between the implementation team and the appropriate Business Decision Makers within the organization. Additionally, he or she should submit regular reports to the project stakeholders outlining progress, project risks, and any additional required resources. A very important function of the Customer Project Manager is to manage the availability of resources in the customer organization, namely the Key Users.
