This is a niche Court of Protection role which sits within the firms' public law team. You'll manage your own caseload of Welfare Court of Protection cases while assisting partners and senior team members on high-value cases. You will be at NQ to 4 years PQE ideally having trained or gained experience in a court of protection team and you'll be highly enthusiastic about working alongside key partners and senior associates, working with vulnerable clients, making your role highly rewarding. You'll need to be resilient and calm, always prioritising your clients' needs. This will include life protection, critical illness and income protection cover, and private medical insurance. Our client put the customer at the heart of everything they do, and you must be passionate about delivering an excellent service at all times. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 month's experience working in a similar capacity and on an advised basis. Ideal candidates will have passed the RO5 examination.
