Recruitment Manager
The Recruitment Manager will lead on the regional talent acquisition strategy and will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and related activities. Description Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to create effective recruitment and talent selection plans, aimed at attracting and retaining top talentCollaborate with hiring managers to create job adverts for open rolesPromote vacancies across the career's pages, job boards, and social media platformsFoster strong relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure the successful filling of specialist positionsManage the existing Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of external recruitment agencies, ensuring all rates and terms of business are kept up to dateScreen CVs, share suitable candidates with hiring managers, and provide regular updates to applicants throughout the hiring processOversee the management of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate information and recruitment activities are recordedIdentify and headhunt potential candidatesOrganise interviews, coordinate all communications, and manage internal diariesAdvise managers on best interview practices and techniquesCoordinate all interview processes and evaluate candidates with hiring managersPrepare and send offer letters and contractsGather employment references and coordinate new hires' start datesLead the onboarding and induction processes, as well as monitoring new hires during their probationary period to ensure a smooth transitionDevelop partnerships with universities, professional bodies, and external organisations to deliver work experience and early career programmesContribute to building and maintaining a strong recruitment brand, and actively promote the business as an employer of choiceEnsure transparency and fairness in all internal recruitment activitiesProvide regular reports and management informationAssist HR and operations with various admin tasks Profile A strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate selection, to onboarding and retentionPrevious experience in either internal or agency recruitmentExperience of recruiting within business or professional services is preferredProficient in HR systems, including an Applicant Tracking SystemsStrong knowledge of recruitment best practicesExcellent communication skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines Job Offer Full-time or Part-time - flexible on working days and patternsSalary of £40,000 - £50,000 pro rata25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidaysHybrid workingExcellent career progression opportunitiesOngoing professional developmentExcellent employee benefits package including private medical insurance
