What the job will be doing Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and retention.Act as the primary liaison with the operations managers between the client and the company, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure all accommodation needs are met and to identify any areas for improvement.Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs, offering additional services or accommodations as appropriate.Ensure seamless communication and coordination with internal teams to guarantee smooth delivery of accommodation services.Work with the operations team to troubleshoot any issues related to accommodation arrangements or service quality.Track client satisfaction metrics and feedback to inform future strategies.Looking after an established base of clients as well as growing levels of business year on yearStay updated on trends and best practices within the insurance accommodation industry.Ensure that all services and solutions comply with industry regulations, insurance standards, and company policies.Attending exhibitions and meetings face to face when required to build rapport, present or carry out training.Networking should also take place on platforms such as Linked In.Address any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner, working to resolve conflicts and prevent escalation.Implement client-specific solutions while maintaining a high level of service and ensuring client satisfaction. Relationship Manager - Stocking Finance Home based Fantastic salary plus bonus and benefits Our client is the Asset Finance division of a very successful and well established bank. Due to growth they are looking to recruit a Relationship Manager to their Stocking Finance team. The focus will be business development for new opportunities and maintaining existing facilities of stocking with dealer/manufacturer relationships on a national basis. The ideal candidate will be expected to have a desire and aptitude in generating, developing and driving new business opportunities whilst managing existing relationships and delivering our reputation for strong service levels. A high level of manufacturer and dealer management experience is desired within the Agricultural and Transport, Industrial & Construction (TIC) sectors, ideally with experience in the stocking product.
