Key Responsibilities: -Oversee model structure, aggregation, and refine work-sharing and data requirements as needed. -Manage and document the Information Exchange (IE) process. -Monitor model development and update Model Element Definitions as the project progresses. -Ensure adherence to the BIM Execution Plan and project standards. -Use relevant software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, 3ds Max) to create, modify, and review structural models. -Interpret architectural drawings to produce structural models, drawings, and details under engineer guidance. -Create models, layouts, drawings, schedules, and visualizations for reports, presentations, and marketing. Blueprint Recruitment would like to speak with you regarding an exciting new role with one of our leading clients who operate as a specialist within the digital construction industry. They are looking to hire an individual who shares a passion of this role and can offer a contract basis. The successful candidate would be required to attend the company HQ in Portsmouth on a full-time basis and can pay for accommodation if needed. Key Responsibilities: -Extract ductwork from supplier’s models on a MOD project and upload to their specialist template and annotate. -Create and update Revit MEP drawings, following project requirements and industry standards. -Regularly running clash detection reports. -Regularly review and update Revit models to reflect design changes. -Ensure all project documentation is completed on time and communicated clearly with the team. -Help prepare technical documents like specifications, schedules, and reports. Key Requirements: - A relevant degree or qualification in engineering, architecture, or a related field is a plus. -Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or similar role in engineering or design. -Strong knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing). -Proficiency in Revit MEP and other relevant software (Navisworks, AutoCAD). -Solid understanding of BIM processes and workflows. -Experience working on large-scale projects, preferably in MOD. -Security Clearance highly beneficial, but can be put through clearance. -Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
