About the Role:We are seeking an Risk Manager to take ownership of the firm's risk management framework, working closely with business leaders across different broking divisions. Key Responsibilities: Act as a business partner across the insurance broking divisions (specialty, commercial, corporate) to embed a strong risk culture.Own and enhance the Operational Risk Framework, ensuring effective risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.Conduct risk reviews, control testing, and deep-dive risk assessments, providing clear insights and recommendations.Lead on horizon scanning for emerging operational risks, ensuring the business is well-prepared for future challenges.Support senior management in risk reporting, including preparing materials for governance committees.Partner with compliance, audit, and business leaders to drive a proactive risk management approach.Provide training and guidance to teams on operational risk best practices.
