We are currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Specialist to join a leading international law firm as part of their London office. This Health & Safety Specialist role, reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, will see you acting as the firm's SME in Health & Safety. This includes: Assessing current H&S processes and implementing new processes and systemsTaking overall ownership for health & Safety compliance, best practice, and SHEQ problems and improvementsBuilding stakeholder relationships to promote buy-in and cultural adherence to health & safety regulationsConducting regular risk assessments, audits, and creating documentationResponsible for the implementation and maintenance of management systems The perfect Health & Safety Specialist will have prior experience in a similar role within an office environment.
