Sales Administrator
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a small but successful company in Woking. You will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and processing orders and will have full responsibility for the order process from start to finish. Please not this is a fully office based role working a 35 hour week, 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday. Duties include: Handling customer enquiries within agreed time framesProviding pricing information, delivery estimates, technical specifications and other product detailsPreparing quotations accurately and promptlyProcessing ordersEnsuring timely delivery of goods, managing any issues that ariseMaintaining strong working relationships with key clientsLiaising with customers, delivery partners, distributors, sales people and engineers to ensure an efficient service Prior experience of order processing is essential as are good Excel skills.
