Job Title: Internal Sales Executive Salary: Basic up to £30,000 + Comms Location: Huddersfield Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Executive to join an exciting and fast-growing team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by selling bespoke products into the construction and domestic build market. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven ability to develop new business within the industry. Knowledge of the construction sector would be a distinct advantage. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets.Proactively grow the customer base by engaging with new and existing clients.Provide support to the external sales team as needed.Working closely with the technical team in preparing quotations.Identify opportunities to upsell products and increase revenue.Handle customer enquiries via telephone and manage in-person customersProvide customers with pricing.Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient order dispatch.Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain regular communication with clients to update them on order progress. Key Attributes & Experience Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.A strong team player who collaborates well with colleagues.Strong work ethic and self-motivated mindset.Prior experience in sales (minimum 1 year required).Construction sales experience (preferred).
