Equifind are excited to have joined up with a leading financial services firm in London, who are looking for a SAP Consultant to join the business, to assist them with a new system migration. We’re looking for someone who knows SAP inside out, especially S/4 Hana, and can support with a data migration project. You will play a key role in the S/4 HANA data migration project, working closely with both external and internal stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of the project and ongoing support for the finance team. This is a real hands-on, get in the detail opportunity. So, if you like tackling projects, data migrations, and playing an important role, then this could be the one for you. Key duties and responsibilities for this SAP consultant include: Lead and manage the SAP S/4 Hana Public Cloud data migration activitiesResolve data migration cockpit issues and defects arising from the data load cyclesSupport the data management lead in the migration of complex financial data from the ledger to SAP S/4 HanaHelp develop and implement the data migration strategies, processes, and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient data transferValidate and cleanse data to ensure data integrity and quality throughout the migration processUtilise your data manipulation skills. Including SQL, Excel and Python, to extract, transform and load data for the migrationPerform data mapping, transformation and validation to ensure the data is accurate and consistentWork together with the project team and external stakeholders to manage a top-level projectProvide guidance and support to the project team to optimise the data migration projectEffectively communicate the data migration progress, any issues arising, and advise stakeholders and business units recommendations Experience & Qualifications A minimum of 5 years in data migration projectsExperience of financial accounting and reporting is a MUSTStrong technical knowledge of the SAP ecosystemProven track record of delivering SAP projectsExperience in the financial services industry is a MUST, ideally in the SME spaceExcellent communication skills and stakeholder management About the business An international investment manager that has grown considerably over the years. Daily Rate This SAP consultant opportunity in London, will pay in the region of £550-£800 per day, depending on your experience and industry background. This will be 6 months’ work and to start straightaway, as we will be running interviews over the next week.
