This is a 3-month contract with a day rate of £450-£500 (inside IR35) and a chance to work on advanced predictive analytics in a supportive team environment. About the Role: Your main task will be to develop a "Churn Mount Model" to improve customer retention analysis. With a strong focus on propensity and churn models, your work will directly influence key business decisions. You will also support the development of other future models. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver the "Churn Mount Model" as the first priority. Collect and refine requirements for future models and deliverables. Work with stakeholders to design and deliver advanced predictive models. Help recruit and onboard the right resources to support model development. Collaborate with leadership to monitor budget approval and project progress. Organise and lead meetings to track progress and align on next steps. About You: Experience building and deploying churn and propensity models. Strong skills in Python, R, or similar data science tools. Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics.
