This role focusses on the planning and delivery of events, both virtual and in person. You'll also provide support to the marketing team in coordinating marketing collateral for events. Our client is seeking a Billing Coordinator to manage their firm's billing and revenue function. This role is pivotal in assisting the firm to achieve its financial targets by providing an efficient and commercially focused service throughout the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the revenue aspects of a specified group of Partners and fee earners within the firm, conducting regular reviews of the WIP and AR, and ensuring timely processing of bills. Responsibilities: As a Senior Billing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the firm's billing and revenue function. Your excellent organisational skills will be put to use in establishing relationships, following up on matters, conducting regular reviews, holding meetings, ensuring timely bill processing, maintaining transfers, analysing client/matter data, and leading special projects.
