An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent ICT Service Desk Manager to join our client at their head office based in the Ilford area. Working within the ICT Department you will be directly responsible for providing support for existing and emerging ICT services to all employees based at head office and remote sites, including providing technical advise to the business. You will also configure, install and maintain end user computing equipment and services.
