Key Responsibilities: Coordinate international shipments (import/export), ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries. Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs agents to manage shipping schedules and documentation. Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin). Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and international trade laws. Monitor shipment tracking and update internal teams on delivery progress. Manage and resolve shipping issues, such as delays, customs holds, or discrepancies. Work closely with the commercial and supply chain teams to optimise logistics efficiency. Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and supplier performance. Requirements The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Proven experience in international shipping and logistics within a commercial environment.Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures.Experience with shipping documentation and international trade compliance.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
