The role sits in the Applied Technology team – reporting to the Director of Applied Technology and based in Newcastle or London, you will work closely with people in other offices across the NRF network. Responsibilities Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives.Conduct discovery workshops to identify pain points and opportunities.Facilitate meetings and lead discussions to align solutions with client needs.Provide regular status reports to client and internal stakeholders.Drafting proposals and presenting solution demonstrations to potential clients Solution Design and Implementation: Able to translate client requirements into functional design documentation.Work closely with developers and business analysts to design and implement technical solutions.Manage client feedback efficiently, liaising with relevant teams and maintaining excellent client communication. Project Management: Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality and budget alignment.Coordinate with the Applied Tech team and other teams when requiredManage timelines and reporting throughout development, testing, and deployment stages.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address any issues. Continuous Improvement: Facilitate lessons learnt workshops and sprint reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend new ways of working.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices by attending training courses and conferences. Skills and experience Proven experience in client-facing roles, project management, and solution delivery in legal environment or for legal clientsAbility to analyse complex business problems and design innovative technology-based solutions.Comfortable with ambiguity, self-motivated, and eager to achieve success.Client relationship management experience, with the ability to foster trust and build mutually beneficial relationship with all stakeholders.Must be an excellent communicator, be decisive, gain trust, understand and articulate the vision and priorities.Comfortable with juggling and prioritising needs from various teams, including the client in order to gain maximum value.Project planning, reporting, budgeting utilising the most appropriate project methodology.Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform will be helpful. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for Pre and Post Sales, Implementations, Project Management, client training, working with the Development team and Product team on improvements and much more.
