Our amazing Assistant Managers support our Store Managers in all aspects of the business, helping to guide and support our valued team of Sales Assistants and volunteers while ensuring customers are provided with an exemplary shop experience. The main responsibility for this role is driving sales while leading, developing and motivating your team to provide the highest levels of guest experience, satisfaction, service and a smooth running of the store.
