Treasury and Cash Manager | 12-months | c. £500 per day (Inside IR35) | UK - Hybrid For a large, complex international organisation which operates in more than 80 currencies with over 80 banking partners in 100+ countries, we're recruiting an Interim Cash, Risk and Treasury Manager. Reporting to the Corporate Treasurer, this role will implement all aspects of corporate treasury policy, processes, controls, analysis and investment strategies including cash management, financing and investment activities, risk management, and loss prevention. The interim Treasury Manager will build relationships with banks and will identify ways to improve in-country banking and repatriation of cash, including liquidity, cash forecasting, and debt management. Main Duties: Manage the banking platforms and processes including the European zero balancing cash poolOptimise cash-flow and improve cash flow forecasting across the business, optimising investment income and work in partnership with Shared Services, and Country Finance teamsSupport the identification and releasing of trapped cash overseas, working with in-country colleagues and the Tax and Status team as well as Financial ControlManage the Foreign Currency liquidity requirementsSupport the development and implementation of Treasury Management Policy and controlsSupport the development and implementation of long-term investment strategy aiming to optimise deposit interest incomeDevelop partnerships with banks and financial institutions to ensure all banking arrangements are fit for purposeLead and support change in treasury activities and provide business units with advice on commercial matters Person Specification: Qualified or part-qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA or ACTStrong experience of treasury managementExperience of assessing and managing business-related financial risks including FX, interest rates and counterparty risk managementManagement of FX exposures and strong understanding of money market instrumentsStrong experience of dealing platforms, ISDA and loan documentationExperience of working with different regions on merchant services and payment provider issuesStrong experience of cash activities including security and monitoring cash investmentsTMS experience and use of 360T is desirableShared Services Operations experienceSAP experience ________ As an employer, we are committed to ensuring the representation of people from all backgrounds regardless of their gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, race, religion, ethnicity, age, neurodiversity, disability status, or any other aspect which makes them unique.
