Facilities Manager Tunbridge Wells 35,000 - 45,000 depending on experience. We are delighted to be partnered with a growing property management company who have a need for a Facilities Manager to join their business, based from their offices in Tunbridge Wells. You will be responsible for a mixed portfolio of properties across London and the South. Our client is happy to speak with Assistant Facilities Managers seeking the next step in their career, or experienced Facilities Manager's who are looking for a change. Key Duties: Overseeing the day-to-day management of your portfolio, carrying out regular site visits Production and management of each buildings service charge budget Attending tenant / client meetings, whilst acting as a key point of contact for any issues Creating innovative ways to engage with tenants, rolling out monthly events within buildings, and workshops to involve tenants. Overseeing all health &amp; safety matters of your properties, and completing risk assessments Overseeing any project work throughout your buildings and liaising with occupiers to ensure that they are not affected. Management of onsite service partners, both hard &amp; soft services You will have a background within the commercial property management sector but our client is happy to meet with candidates who are starting out their FM journey with aspirations to become a Facilities Manager, or Facilities Managers with several years of experience behind them. They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of corporate contracts, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple corporate contracts across London. You will ensure that all facilities management services are delivered efficiently and effectively, meeting the clients' requirements and exceeding their expectations. Your role will be critical in maintaining strong client relationships, managing on-site teams, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies is adhered to, and carry out risk assessments for each site. Carry out regular site inspections, ensuring the highest of standards are being met and the sites are clean and presentable. Act as the first point of contact, responding to issues in a prompt manner. Management of on-site service partners across each contract; supporting the leadership team with procurement exercises when required. Assist with the preparation of annual budgets. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience working as a Facilities Manager in a similar capacity. Strong understanding of facilities management services and contract management. Account Manager - FM

Facilities Manager - 12 Month FTC Uxbridge - Home Based 40,000 - 42,000 plus travel expenses We have an immediate requirement for a Facilities Manager to join a boutique property management organisation, on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. Our client is an industry leader, who prides themselves on how they treat their employees and the service dedicated to their clients / tenants. As this role is a 12 month contract, you will be immediately available and able to start asap. As the Facilities Manager, you will be based from home and manage 2 commercial properties located in Uxbridge and Windsor which will require weekly visits. Given where the properties are located, it is essential that you hold a driving license and have access to your own vehicle. Key Responsibilities Completing weekly site inspections, ensuring the sites are up to standard. Overseeing the management of each sites service charge budgets Liaising with tenants / clients, attending to their needs when required Monitoring health &amp; safety across the 2 properties, and ensuring compliance is up to date. Management of on-site service partners You will ideally be from a property management background and have experience in managing commercial or retail assets, however this is not essential. In addition to this, you will have a strong knowledge of statutory compliance and be familiar with service charge budgets.
