Assistant Financial Controller

Reporting into the Senior HR Advisor, you will support with the delivery of efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable HR services to our Head Office and Food To Go business. In this role, you will collaborate with our corporate and retail leadership teams from a people perspective, helping the business to create a positive people culture and to support the delivery of an efficient service to the business. This is a key role within the team, offering front line support to our colleagues and store managers to ensure our systems and records are accurate and up to date. You will also work with the HR Advisors to provide well-informed and accurate HR advice and guidance with employee relations, HR processes, policies and procedures.
