Lisa Murray, Director and founder of Braundton Consulting, has been recruiting for over 30 years, placing people into jobs. Having set up desks and business for other companies, she finally launched Braundton over 10 years ago, with a view to offering a "personal recruiter" experience to both candidates and clients. Whilst Braundton embraces all of the modern technology, it offers candidates and clients an "in person" experience rather than a faceless online presence, which candidates had told Lisa, was missing in the market.
