RMG is growing and its medium sized inbound CustomerService Contact Centre has exciting opportunities for permanent CustomerServiceAdvisors, to joinoursupportiveteam based in Northwich. To be considered for these opportunities, you must be able to work a rota'd shift between 8am and 8pm and be fluent in both written and spoken English. As a CustomerService Advisor in our Inbound Customer Contact Centre, you willjoin a friendly team of established and supportiveCustomerService colleagues and become the voice of RMG. You'll be confident building rapport withour customers, answering a variety of queries relating to their properties and accounts. Our scheduled start date is Monday 12th May 2025. Please note that due to our structured and comprehensive training schedule, no holidays or appointments can be taken for 1 month from 12th May to ensure you don't miss any valuable training and you're able to put into practice what you have learnt. Whatwill I be doing day to day? Respond to inbound customer contacts/queries (via phone, email or online chat) providing advice, guidance and services/solutions to meet customer needs. Ensure all transactions with customers are accurately recorded on their computer-based records. Process all documentation resulting from customer contacts ensuring information is passed to colleagues to action. What hours will I be working? OurCustomerService Centre is a 24/7 operation to ensure we're always available to respond to customer's queries. You'll be working a shift rotation working a 7.5hr shift between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, working 1 weekend in 4, with days off in lieu. You must be able to work between 8am and 8pm on Saturday and Sunday also. What are we looking for from you? We're looking for self-motivated people with a positive attitude. Customer Service Advisor

Osterna, part of RMG and Places for People Group, is looking for an experienced Residential Fire Risk Assessor to join a proactive and highly successful team of Health &amp; Safety Professionals. With a positive work / life balance, you will be homebased when not undertaking site visits. You will typically complete up to 10 site visits a week (Monday to Friday). Although we are seeking an assessor based in the South of England, national travel will be required What’s our USP? With the emphasis on quality over quantity, Osterna residential Fire Risk Assessors really do benefit from having a work life balance rarely seen in this sector. You will have the flexibility to choose which days you’re out and about and which days you choose to work from home, when you will complete your report writing. Risk assessment reports will, in most cases, be confined to the common internal and external areas for residential developments. What does the role involve? Specialising in the residential housing sector, Osterna’s Residential Fire Risk Assessors carry out inspections to a range of property types including traditional residential blocks, sheltered housing, HMO and high-rise (over 18 metres ) housing and write up reports with your findings. Completed risk assessments are used by the Property Managers and Directors of the management companies to initiate repairs or any other procedures required, to ensure the residential common areas remain a safe environment. What knowledge, skills and experience are we looking for from our Fire Risk Assessor? A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential Experience undertaking fire risk assessment work within the residential property sector on High Rise Buildings It’s essential you have a NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Level 3 NEBOSH National General Certificate Experience of undertaking suitable and sufficient Health and Safety and Type’s 1 and Type 3 Fire Risk Assessments (HSFRA), and Compartmentation Surveys. Accuracy and attention to detail within your reports is essential, along with a comprehensive knowledge of the current Health and Safety legislation and its application to property management. Knowledge of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and supporting local government guidance and its application to our sector. LaCORS experience would be great, although not essential and training will be provided. Osterna Limited specialise in Health &amp; Safety compliance in the residential property sector. Residential Fire Risk Assessor

We have a great career opportunity for a Property Manager with block/estate management experience, to join a large and organically growing market leadingproperty managing agent. You'll be working alongside an experienced and supportive team of propertymanagementprofessionals. Where will you be located? You'll work from home and be conveniently located to visit yourdevelopments in and around yourportfolio in Cambridge, Reading, Slough and the surrounding areas. You will visit our Hoddesdon Head Office at least once a week. What are some of the tasks you will be doing as a Property Manager? You'll be managing an established residentialportfolio of blocks and estates, utilisingyour sound knowledge of the Building Safety Act, the governance around propertymanagement and your experience of managing Higher Risk Buildings, complex developments and overseeing cladding remediation. You will.... Carry out and monitor services required, in line with the service level agreement with contractors and the terms of the lease. Construct the appropriate budget (for the Landlord to sign off) and monitor the collection of Service Charges to fund necessary works. Lead on meetings with the RMC Directors, Residents' Association and Developers etc. in line with the service level agreement and statutoryrequirements. Be aware of the Compliance, Health &amp; Safety and M &amp; E requirements of residentialmanagement, ensuring your sites are fully compliant. Ensure a fully documented audit trail for site visits and meetings, both formal and informal. Ensure maintenance is identified and carried out as promptly to reduce the risk of further damage. Review lease requirements for major works and ensure section 20 notices are served, all consultation procedures are followed, and a major works programme is in place. What are we looking for from you? Block/Estate PropertyManagement experience in a previous Property Manager role ATPI qualification, or a willingness to achieve whilst in role The ability to interpret leases, service charge budgeting and associatedlegislation. Sound knowledge of the Building Safety Act, with experience of managing Higher Risk Buildings and complex sites.
