What you'll be doing: *Previous IT recruitment experience needed* The IT &amp; Contract Talent Partner will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and retaining top IT talent across both permanent and contract roles. This role will focus on delivering a seamless and efficient recruitment experience while implementing strategies to attract and retain highly skilled technology professionals. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent and contract IT roles, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, job boards, LinkedIn, and partnerships with universities and industry networks. Develop strong relationships with hiring managers , understanding technical hiring needs and advising on recruitment best practices. Leverage data and insights to refine recruitment strategies, improve efficiency, and support workforce planning. Partner with third-party agencies and suppliers , ensuring high service levels and effective contractor management. What we’re looking for: IT Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and hiring for technical roles (e.g., software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data). Contractor Network Development: Proven experience in building and maintaining a direct contractor network , reducing reliance on third-party agencies. Direct Sourcing &amp; Talent Pipelining: Skilled in proactively identifying and engaging IT talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry events. Stakeholder &amp; Vendor Management : Ability to partner with hiring managers to understand technical needs while managing relationships with contractors, agencies, and suppliers . Market &amp; Data-Driven Approach: Strong knowledge of IT talent market trends , contract rates, IR35 regulations, and the ability to use recruitment analytics to drive hiring strategies. Marketing Executive - 6 month FTC

Our transfer guidance team are looking for a new executive to join the team. The main purpose of the role is to provide telephone and email-based support, assistance, and guidance (factual information, non-advised) to The People’s Pension members wanting to, or considering: o Transferring out o Transferring in o Additional contributions o Retirement Key Responsibilities: Balance availability for inbound calls with proactively managing outbound call workloads via: o Calls and emails directed to the team. o Call-back requests o Follow-up calls or emails if the member requires further information or clarification o Offer support and assistance if having system issues or queries, either explaining how to do it on-line or, if still struggling or no on-line access, offer to process over the phone. o Provide information and guidance in order that the member can make an informed decision on the benefits of: - Keeping their 'pot’ with the people's pension. - Transferring in other 'pots’ to the people's pension. - Making additional contributions (lump-sum or regular payments directly to the people's pension or via their employer) - Retirement (conversion from a pension accumulation to a the people's pension decumulation solution) Skill set required: • A good knowledge of pension accumulation and decumulation solutions. • Be able to make sound, fair and compliant judgements to ensure the desired outcome for both the Company and customer. • Be confident and experienced in dealing with factual and sometimes challenging customer interactions. • Handle interactions to the highest standard of customer care and resolve them satisfactorily. Pension Transfer Guidance Executive

What you'll be doing: The Senior Data Governance Analyst acts as a key advisor, taking a leading role in driving data governance initiatives across People’s Partnership. This role is responsible for overseeing critical data governance processes, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals and regulatory requirements. The role supports in establishing, maintaining, and enhancing the data governance framework for People’s Partnership. The role will support in embedding governance and stewardship activities in the business. Initial focus will be heavily biased towards our member data but will evolve to encompass all data. Lead the development and practical implementation of data governance policies, standards, and procedures that will enable work to be approached in a consistent way, resulting in scalable solutions. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data definitions, classifications, and metadata are accurately documented. Oversee data issue resolution initiatives, including defining metrics, root cause analysis, and remediation strategies. Support the Data Governance Manager in building and maintenance of a central data glossary, data asset register, reporting catalogue and metadata. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure these are accurately documented. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure consistent data definitions, classifications, and documentation. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in data governance, or related roles. Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and industry best practices. Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including executives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms. Advanced in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
