Working at Blossom House School

What we do

We are a specialist independent day school, with an 'Outstanding' rating from Ofsted December 2016, based near Euston, London for children with speech, language and communication difficulties. We currently have children aged 3 to 8 years, however we are going to grow our provision with the children throughout the primary phase. Our school has a unique atmosphere created by its totally dedicated, highly professional and caring staff. We acknowledge specific strengths and support individual weaknesses, so that each child “blossoms” and has the opportunity to fulfil his or her potential.

Who you'll work with

Blossom House is a very special place to work, not just because of our wonderful team of staff, but also because of the satisfaction of supporting the development of our unique pupils!

It’s very important to us that all our staff feel supported and happy at work. When you join our team you will receive a detailed induction, be assigned a ‘buddy’ and meet with a member of the leadership team for an informal catch-up.

We will continue to invest in your personal development, giving you the opportunity to undertake external courses as well as offering training in INSET. We have a Learning and Teaching Support Team in place to offer one to one coaching if required.

In addition we can offer you:

•Well-equipped teaching rooms with interactive whiteboards

•Good transport links

•Small classes (maximum of 8 but usually less)

•A well-being programme which currently includes:
