Established in 2003, HBS supplies Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS) and traffic management services across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. HBS is the VRS market leader in Northern Ireland and Scotland, and the market leader in traffic management services in Northern Ireland.

Safety is our business, and our systems and barriers help keep road workers and road users safe, and ultimately save lives.

The company currently operates from four main locations, with a head office and depot in Belfast, and a further three depots in Northern Ireland and Scotland.
