In 2025, we aim to open an additional 20 stores as part of our ambitious growth strategy, alongside a dynamic refit programme that will keep our stores fresh and inviting. Whether you’re a Warehouse Picker, Sales Assistant, Store Manager, HGV Driver, IT Technician or the Managing Director, we all work together with a shared focus and commitment. To maintain our famously low prices for customers, we carefully manage operational costs and run a tight ship to keep our business efficient and effective.

Running our stores is demanding but rewarding. As a Store Manager, you’ll be expected to handle a busy workload, managing a rapid turnover of products arriving and leaving the shop daily. The pace is intense and requires a proactive approach. Many Store Managers tell us, “There aren’t enough hours in the day!” but also share that the time flies by because of the challenge and excitement of the role.
