We are IDRAK Talent Acquisition, a specialized firm dedicated to headhunting and recruting for the education sector across the Middle East. Our primary focus is to identify, headhunt, and atract exceptionally talented candidates.

Where are we located?

IDRAK Talent Acquisition is headquartered in Kuwait with operational teams located in the UK, Qatar and Lebanon while supporting clients in the Gulf (Middle East) as well as Europe.

Where do we hire for?

At present, IDRAK provides support to more than 80 private schools located in Kuwait, KSA, Qatar, UAE, Maldives and Iraq, and we are actvely pursuing expansion into additional Gulf and Middle Eastern countries.
Additonally, we maintain international partnerships through which we collaborate to recruit for private schools in Spain and Italy
