What we do

Independent Excel Care Consortium Limited- [IECC Care] was founded by Gam and Lavangi in the year 2013.Their experience in Social Care goes back over three decades. They both were responsible in creating many organisations providing care particularly for individuals with various complex behavioural and health needs since 1999. They are all successfully run organisations to this date. 
IECC Care staff possesses the correct attitudes and characters required for a carer who considers caring as a passion beyond being a job for them. IECC Care has its own Training Academy. IECC Care Academy and the teaching staff train, monitor and supervise the care staff on regular on-going basis. We take every effort possible to vigorously maintain the quality and standards of the services we provide. IECC Care quality monitoring is an ongoing process.

What we do in our caring settings

? To provide personal care tasks and support to Clients with a wide range of needs, illnesses, and disabilities
? To know and understand the care and support of the Client

  • We assist Clients witsettingh their medication at the agreed level of support and as detailed in their Medication Care Needs
  • We prepare food and drink for the Client, being aware of the Client’s choice, likes/dislikes, nutritional needs, and cultural requirements
  • We use manual handling equipment safely and correctly
  • We maintain good communication and develop effective working relationships with Clients
  • We ensure as safe as possible the living environment for the Client, whilst respecting the Client’s choice and rights.
  • We maintain detailed accurate records in respect of care and medication support given and tasks undertaken.
  • We dress appropriately, wearing uniform and using personal protective equipment provided by IECC Care Limited.

 

In our office:

• Managing general office duties to ensure company processes run smoothly.
• Assists with operational duties
• Communicating with clients and partners in care.
• Handling incoming calls and other communications.
• Managing filing system.
• Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents
• Recording information as needed.
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
• Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
• Coordinating events as necessary.
• Maintaining supply inventory.
• Maintaining office equipment as needed.
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
• Performs additional duties when required and organizing the filing system.
• Distribute staff Rotas.
• Be part of the out of hours emergency On-Call Rota.
• General Ad-hoc administration duties
