Instalcom Limited are a utility contractor that undertakes the excavation and installation of underground services for the provision of Fibre Optic Cables, Electric Power Cable and Water Mains.

Instalcom Limited also has an in house Directional Drilling Division which can provide trenchless solutions for projects up to 1.4km in length. This can help clients benefit from having a turnkey project solution.

The flexibility of the four divisions generates capabilities that are transferrable and offer customer benefits. With significant experience in all aspects of our field our strength lies in our people and their skills to offer the most professional and complete solutions to our clients. Our expanding workforce is highly qualified and multi skilled allowing us to offer a comprehensive service.

We currently have a Head Office team of 75 individuals who ensure the smooth running of all of our projects and administration across multiple divisions. The company has a can do attitude that comes from the confidence of delivering many different solutions from a broad range of issues in challenging circumstances, this has resulted in the successfully delivery of projects for numerous clients across the UK.

We have a collaborative environment within Instalcom where our employees are encouraged to work together as a team to complete works where necessary. We have a relxed atmosphere and an open door policy to encourage our employees to always feel welcome to discuss ideas or issues with all staff, inlcuding senior staff, within the organisation.

Our staff turnover is very low as most people find the culture of the organisation motivating and we always aim to develop our employees through their careers with us wherever possible. Many of our employees have worked with us for many years, with several having been with us well over 10 years.
