IAM Sold
IAM Sold offers the broadest range of auction services across the UK & Ireland. Recognised as the Largest Independent Residential Auction House in the UK, based on the lots sold through 2000 partner agent branches, IAM Sold has paid over £32 million in fees since 2008.

We hosted over 75 public auctions and 3325 individual online auctions in 2017. As the first to revolutionise the Modern Method of Auction, IAM Sold makes auction a more accessible and appealing process for selling properties – reaching a much wider market of buyers and sellers across the UK.

Our conveyancing service is designed for auction transactions, aiming to deliver a quick, efficient and transparent process – utilising the latest technology such as digital signatures and online consumer portals, to enhance every clients’ experience.

We are a boutique practice primarily dealing with auction sales, ensuring specialists aren’t distracted by the general legal issues many solicitors face, focusing exclusively on providing the very best service whilst reducing completion timeframes.

The Conveyancing Partnership
The Conveyancing Partnership enables partners to extend their services by offering a no sale no fee white label conveyancing service; providing partners with a commercial edge and valuable new revenue streams through property reports and quote comparison technology.

We provide a marketplace of conveyancers and offers free property report technology that helps property professionals win new instructions, whilst also reducing the conveyancing process by up to 14 days. Clients can log in and access their case and progress online through The Conveyancing Partnership client portal.

Partners can create valuable new income streams with referral fees ranging from £100-£225 per case. Additionally, with a panel of over 100 law firms, partners have the flexibility to pick and compare solicitors from its unique marketplace function, retrieving performance criteria on each firm from the last 30 days.
