As a business we embrace people and life. That counts for LifeSearchers too.

We lead, train and believe in our people. We hire personality and passion - we don't just fill jobs or suits. We do careers here; we have team spirit. We don't do it to win awards, we just do what we do and, well, it works.

Nowadays we don't have 'HR', we have a People and Culture team. Because what is a business if not its people? We don't bother with executive vice presidents of this that and the other, we're pretty uncomplicated. Everyone is hands-on and everyone is heard.

When people start with LifeSearch they stay. Some ‘Searchers have been with us since the company began, in 1998. We like to say we’re a family, and with several teams of mums and sons, brothers, sisters, dads and daughters, it’s true.

Training and support
We don’t see limits. Personal and professional growth are ways of life here and there’s a dedicated Learning & Development team to help.

Despite the challenges of 2020, LifeSearchers clocked up 14,000 hours in coaching sessions, 5,000 hours in leadership development and 750 hours in mental health training. We welcomed three dozen new-starts as nearly 100 LifeSearchers progressed in their careers.
