Our Client is seeking an experienced Credit Controller, or someone who is keen to learn credit control to join their team. Key Responsibilities of a Credit Controller • Chasing payment of overdue accounts via phone, email, and letter. • Reconciliation of accounts • Reconciling the Trust bank account • Dealing with queries both internally and externally to ensure smooth &amp; timely resolution. • Allocating self-bill payments and using the managed service portals. • Opening and setting up new accounts • Maintaining / updating customer details to ensure ledger accuracy. • Reviewing ledger with the finance director to highlight any problems and agree targets and action going forward. • Issuing legal letters and liaising with our solicitors • Filling out supplier forms • Ability to make detailed notes. Credit Controller

To coordinate &amp; manage end to end the receipt, processing and dispatch of prescriptions for controlled drugs. To accurately check dispensed items and provide leadership within the team. Key Responsibilities of an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician • Carry out accuracy checking of dispensed items (controlled drugs) whilst adhering to the company's standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Supervise the dispensary team to ensure everyone is carrying out their jobs correctly. • Reviewing prescription requirements and liaising with the clinic and prescribers to resolve any issues • Answer queries on the supply and availability of medicines as well as answering queries of a routine pharmaceutical nature and know when it is appropriate to refer a patient to the responsible Pharmacist. • Assist with counselling patients on their medication and patient engagement to the service. • Ensure that Patient Medication Records (PMR's) are maintained accurately to ensure patient safety and accurate record of supply whilst complying with current data protection requirements. • Liaising with other healthcare professionals to assist in the continuity of patient care and streamline the prescription process. • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of medicines by reading journals, product information, training resources and ensure CPDs are carried out. • Selecting, labelling and dispensing pharmaceutical products in accordance with a prescription (whilst following company SOP's) and complying with all legal requirements as appropriate when not providing accuracy checking and ensure safe and correct transfer of dispensed items to patients • To answer queries on the supply and availability of medicines (within competence) and to be able to select and recommend suitable products and provide advice on their correct use. • To identify medicine related problems or queries and bring these to the attention of the pharmacist • With regards to stock control, ensure stock is received in accordance with SOP's, ensure stock is stored appropriately and safely and maintain reasonable stock levels within the dispensary and ensure date checking processes are compiled to and reduce wastage. • Involved in stock transfer requests • Setting up of new product codes • Maintaining/producing management reports on prescription activity • Maintaining process protocols • Carrying out administrative tasks relating to Import/Export of CBM's • Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated person • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions • Recording details of enquiries, comments and complaints and actions taken • Communicating and co-coordinating with internal departments Key Competencies of an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician • Minimum 1 years' experience of working in a pharmacy as a accuracy checking pharmacy technician. • Experience of interacting with patients and working as a member of a team • Experience of managing self in a proactive way • NVQ 3 Pharmacy Accuracy Checking Technician • Registered with the GPHC • GCSE or equivalent level • Numerate (GCSE or equivalent level maths) • IT literate (Microsoft Office, SAP) • Excellent command of the English language Due to the large volume of applications we receive for each position we will only be able to respond to applications received with the relevant skills.
