Quote: 'We are delighted that a member of our team has won the Apprenticeship of the Year. The award is a real testament to the hard work and dedication they have put into the course; alongside the support received from their manager. From starting the course in April 2022, it is clear that the knowledge and skills they have learnt and continue to hone are being put to excellent use in their work, making a real difference in the output produced by not only themselves but also the colleagues in their team."

Ethics
Ethics are at the forefront of everything we do.
We have a multi-layered ethical governance structure spanning all the businesses within our Group. This includes an Ethics Committee, which is an internal mechanism for examining ethical issues within the business and ensuring that we work and treat people fairly. Three Executive Board directors are members of this committee.

We regularly commission ethical governance audits from external contractors to assess the cultures and behaviours of our organisation. Our work has been overseen by an Independent Advisory Group since 2013. The group meets a minimum of five times each year and challenges our business culture and ethical practices, assessing whether proper ethical standards have been applied.
