Fresh thinking has been at the heart of Natures Way Foods since we set up the company in 1994. We constantly innovate to anticipate changing trends, drawing on our expertise and market knowledge to produce fresh convenient food.

Who you'll work with

Natures Way Foods began in 1994, when the Langmead brothers set up a small bagged salad operation. Their big idea was to combine the freshest lettuce with the latest food manufacturing technology. Since then, we&rsquo;ve grown by expanding our customer base and moving into new fresh, convenient categories and product areas.
We employ more than 1400 people and operate four manufacturing units capable of producing over 326m units. We are guided by an experienced Management Board. The Langmead brothers remain as investors and Non-Executive Directors ensuring agricultural expertise remains at the heart of the business.

Overview Occupational Health Advisor | Up to 50,000 annual salary | Annual Bonus | Chichester We are currently looking for an Occupation Health Advisor to join our fantastic team in Chichester, West Sussex. This role plays a key part in promoting a healthy workplace by providing comprehensive occupational health support across the company. You’ll be managing absence and ill-health referrals, conducting job-specific health surveillance, and leading a well-being program to enhance the overall health of our team. You’ll also educate and raise awareness about critical health risks and preventive measures, ensuring everyone feels supported in their well-being journey. This position supports all employees and relevant agency staff, enabling a healthier, safer, and more informed workforce. This role offers the flexibility of working either 4 or 5 days per week, with 1 of those days being from home. Site Technical Manager

Your role will involve ensuring our production runs smoothly by conducting daily and deep cleaning tasks following strict procedures and safety guidelines. Responsibilities Why Us? As a Hygiene Operative, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our facilities pristine and our production lines running seamlessly. What You will do: Undertake scheduled hygiene daily &amp; deep cleaning tasks following Standard Operating Procedures and Health &amp; Safety guidelines. Clean areas and equipment to the highest standards, ensuring minimal downtime between production runs. Input data into hygiene records accurately to maintain compliance. Communicate effectively with section managers regarding equipment defects and safety concerns. Safely handle chemicals and use equipment following training protocols.
