Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met efficiently and effectively. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders. Handling renewals, endorsements, and mid-term adjustments with accuracy and attention to detail. Providing expert advice on a range of commercial insurance products, tailored to the clients' specific requirements. Assisting with claims handling and providing support throughout the claims process. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Continuously developing knowledge of the insurance market and emerging trends. Requirements: Proven experience as an Account Handler within the commercial insurance sector. Strong commercial insurance knowledge and a thorough understanding of various insurance products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Cert CII qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
