The group Head Office is located in Trowbridge and provides a central infrastructure to the Platinum Dealerships. Other support functions such as Platinum Financial Solutions, which manages the group’s finance and insurance product sales, and the valeting and vehicle preparation facilities are located either at or close to the dealerships. The company aims to be the best at what it does by embracing new ideas and technology in the digital realm combined with a more traditional customer care ethic, which has been a common theme throughout the company’s history.
