Working at ProCare Cleaning Management (SE) Ltd

ProCare manage and maintain over 900 cleaning contracts and 200 cleaning contractors across London and the Southeast of England extending from Southend to Southampton. We liase with all levels within many organisations and endeavour to provide not only value for money, but also an outstanding service too. 

Our team are all long standing employees and our contractors likewise with a much higher than industry standard contractor, client and staff retention rate. We must be doing something right.

We have been doing this for nearly 30 years, so are very well established and we like to think that we know what we are doing by now! (Although we know every day is a school day too). 

There are three other ProCare office across the country each being fully independant and self accounting, who we do liase with regularly and often meet to discuss planning, our combined CRM and better methods of operating.

We are a small family owned and run company with a focus on loyalty and good service. We recognise that no one is perfect and we are always learning from our experiences and try to constantly improve and evolve.

We operate in a small friendly office in Greenford, where our operation is based. We have a customer service team, credit controller, and various sales people popping in from time to time. Birthdays are cake days!
