Amazing opportunity in Premium Luxury Sales &amp; Management - working as a Concession Manager for a premium Lifestyle &amp; Design Homewares concession in South West London. You must have strong LUXURY RETAIL sales &amp; management experience (please only apply if you do) &amp; the ability to create a first class client experience - ability to story tell &amp; take the client on a journey is key in order to sell 'high ticket' luxury items. The role is about generating sales but is definitely not a hard sell - you will work towards realistic sales targets and generate new business through a self-motivated approach. You will provide exceptional client &amp; customer service - being fantastic with clients is their strength, giving them an amazing client experience from start to finish. You will consultatively manage their needs and be able to transfer your passion for sales &amp; the product, in order to generate sales. You will be driven to work towards monthly targets with the potential to earn good commission. As the Concession Manager, as well as servicing the clients who enter the space, you will also proactively do outreach - with lower footfall this is KEY! This will be using the client database, making daily calls &amp; emails, but also developing relationships with the personal shoppers in the store, private clients etc. An aptitude for business development / clientelling &amp; a proactive approach will be key to your success. Location: Bordon GU35 where public transport is limited so you would ideally be able to drive Hours are 8.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday As the Projects &amp; Logistics Coordinato r, you will coordinate the daily despatch list, liaise with the Production and Warehouse Teams reviewing any delivery issues to ensure our customers are kept informed and transport organised. This is a busy and varied role, you must be able to work to deadlines, be well organised with the ability to 'juggle’ and prioritise tasks. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the day-to-day organization of collections and deliveries via multidrop courier and dedicated couriers Maintain close communication via email and phone with our clients to arrange and agree shipment of goods. Update and maintain the project planning software Work closely alongside colleagues including Project managers and Goods Out To assist in the Workshop area with the organisation of despatching goods as and when required. Liaise with our customers you will predominately be office based but will also be required to spend time in the Workshop area helping with the organisation of despatching goods.
