Rainbow Personnel specialises in the provision of Specialist Residential Care Home and Supported Living Services for Service Users with Learning Disability and/or Autism with Complex Needs or Comorbid Diagnosis providing tailored Care and Support according to the needs of the Individual.

Our Services fall under two main categories namely Rainbow Living and Chorley House (Specialist Residential Care Home).

Rainbow Living Services cover three (3) main areas:

• Domicillary and Home Care Support Services
• Specialist Supported Living Services
• Outreach Support Services

Domicillary and Home Care Support Services which involves compassionate care and support for individual living in their homes. It covers care for both Adults and Elderly to fulfil all their daily needs such as Personnal Care, Domestic Task, Companionship, Meal Preparation and Medication Administration.

Specialist Supported Living Service for Individuals with Learning Disability and/or Autism with Complex Needs or Comorbid Diagnosis and Forensic History; providing tailored Care and Support according to the needs of the Individual living independently. 

Outreach Support Service which is built around the needs of the Individual we support, this may be Support for a few hours to undertake daily routine task like;

•  staying safe and well 
•  cooking
•  laundry and ironing 
•  tidying up
•  home play activities

accessing local community facilities such as;

•  visiting a day centre
•  local library
•  going for a walk in the local park
•  attending hospital, GP or Dentist appointment

to a couple of hours each week in the form of;

•  attending college

Chorley House is a Specialist Residential Care Home providing Accommodation for Individuals with Learning Disability and/or Autism with Complex Needs or Comorbid Diagnosis providing tailored Care and Support according to the needs of the Individual. This 4-bed facility comes with very spacious bedrooms, a large lounge, separate dining and activity area, utility and kitchen facilities. Chorley House boasts of widely spaced front and back garden that will keep Service Users engaged. Chorley House is located in the heart of Bolton, Greater Manchester. We are centrally located with easy access to public transport, and other local amenities. As part of our Values and Principles of Providing Positive Pathways for the Individuals aged between the ages 18-65, we accommodate and provide care with support, we intend to derive the benefits to offer our Service Users Choice, Independence, Safety, Social Inclusion, Skills Enhancement, Empowerment, Improvement and Development all within a home friendly and therapeutic environment.
