What we do

Rogerson Shoes is a family business, run today by William & Sarah Rogerson the great grandchildren of Thomas Rogerson who founded the business in 1905.  Rogerson Shoes have 13 shops in Scotland, made up of various formats; 8 Multi-branded shops, 4 Clearing shops and a Rieker shop all based on the principle of providing quality footwear. At Rogerson Shoes we pride ourselves on being different from many other footwear retailers in terms of the breadth and uniqueness of our ranges and the fantastic level of service we offer our customers.

At Rogerson's we believe in enjoying ourselves at work and create a fun, dynamic work environment for our teams while at the same time providing fantastic customer service.

As a Sales Assistant we do not need you to have any experience, what we do need is for you to have a positive attitude, lots of enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Our comprehensive training program for our Sales Assistants covers everything from product knowledge on our brands to foot health and fitting shoes.

As a Manager at Rogerson's we need you to be sales and target driven, passionate about selling, willing to learn, positive, determined, pro-active, motivated and driven to ensure they achieve any challenge.  Along with the personality to inspire a team and create a fun, energised environment in which they and their team can Shine!
