Maintenance of case checklists, reporting and compliance diary, and electronic case records. Be able to work on several different assignments at one time, which would include working on Company Liquidations and Administrations. Analytical review of information to facilitate case strategy or to fulfil reporting requirements alongside Case Manager. Skills Required: - Obtained A-C in A Levels - Achieved a 2:1 in a relevant degree. Graduate Insolvency Administrator

Administrator / Senior Administrator, Birmingham We are currently working with a leading Insolvency practice to help them recruit for an experienced and dedicated Administrator or Senior Administrator to join their Birmingham office. This is an opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious Insolvency practices in Birmingham and be part of one of the most buoyant sectors in the market today. A bit about our client: They offer hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home You will receive great exposure to a large variety of case work and all types of insolvency processes You will receive the opportunity to work directly with managers and directors on key decisions and strategies Key responsibilities will include: Running your own portfolio of cases that include will include all types of corporate insolvency cases including CWUs, CVLs, Administrations and some personal work may be available Working directly with managers, directors and partners and being a part of key decision making as cases progress Draft reports in accordance with statutory requirements and any other correspondence as required Regular client contact in concurrence with managers, provide supervision of/delegate work to more junior staff and assist juniors with queries Assist in the development of more junior staff who are assisting on case work Undertaking investigations as and when required which can also lead into asset recovery action Delegation of work to others as required Requirements: Proven insolvency experience in a similar role is essential CPI qualification is desirable but not essential Ability to manage a varied case load in an insolvency/restructuring firm Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work to tight deadlines

Insolvency Administrator/Senior Administrator

Our client is looking for a Manager to join their Contentious Insolvency team in London. This team focuses on contentious insolvency and fraud investigations with a demonstrated history of recovering assets from both the UK and overseas. They deal with cross-border issues, complex litigation and numerous contentious issues, as well as liquidations and high-profile bankruptcies. You will need to be analytical minded with report writing experience as well as having strong interpersonal and management skills, to profitably manage a large portfolio of cases, ensuring both excellent client service and making a significant contribution towards the overall future development and success of the team, office, and firm. You'll make an impact by: Planning assignments in accordance with the firm's standard procedures and relevant statutory and extra statutory obligations, and to confirm arrangements with the client, company, or appointer, including likely costs and billing arrangements. Managing a large portfolio of insolvency cases, including compulsory liquidations creditors voluntary liquidations and bankruptcies. Briefing staff on cases, to supervise and control the completion of work and to undertake 'on the job' training and appraisals where appropriate. Conducting detailed analysis of financial information and other records, to identify issues, assets and antecedent transactions including misfeasance, transactions at undervalue and breach of duty claims. What our client is looking for: They value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what they’re looking for in an ideal candidate: Previous experience operating at manager level in a similar role is required. Proven experience in insolvency fraud investigation cases. Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with all levels. Strong problem solving skills. Proven experience in client handling and case management skills.
