Working at Swarthmore Care Home

We are a resdiential care home for older people in Gerrards Cross. We have a lovely home set in beautiful grounds. 

We opened in 1947 and have been  providing excellent care for over 70 years.

Our staff work a variety of patterns to ensure maximum home / work balance.
The shifts are 7.00-2.30 (Early) 1.30-9.00 ( Late) 8.45-07.15 ( nights)

We currently have vacancies for full and part time roles, including weekend work during the day and full time vacancy for nights.

Training will be provided, we encourage all our staff to study for extra qualifications- so don't worry if you haven't got any.
We are looking for people with the right attititude, caring values and an urge to make a difference.

You'll be working alongside Senior carers, team Leaders, Housekeepers and Activitiy Staff to make the home run smoothly and to ensure we can concentrate on the our residents
