KINTO ONE are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of customer interactions and compliance with regulations in KINTO's sales, service, and collections processes. Additionally, this role will co-ordinate with Toyota Financial Services to review and report Network performance and adherence to the Franchise and Retailer agreements for KINTO UK. About the ‘Department': As the Leasing spearhead for Toyota &amp; Lexus, the KINTO One team leads the strategy and direction for this channel within the KINTO UK business, working closely with Toyota GB, Toyota Financial Services and Toyota Insurance. The Compliance Department ensures that those providing and servicing the KINTO One leasing product are doing so in compliance with the law and regulation. What you'll be doing: Assess the quality of customer interactions and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies by listening to recorded customer calls and reviewing customer emails.&nbsp; &nbsp; Evaluate calls and emails for adherence to regulatory scripts, data protection requirements (GDPR), vulnerable customer procedures, and internal quality standards.&nbsp; &nbsp; Accurately document evaluation findings, noting any compliance breaches or areas for improvement.&nbsp; Provide constructive feedback to agents and/or team leaders regarding areas where improvement is needed.&nbsp; &nbsp; Ensure the regulatory requirements are understood and implemented by the customer facing teams. Contribute to regular reports summarising compliance trends and highlighting any significant issues.&nbsp; &nbsp; Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent interpretation of compliance standards and share best practices.&nbsp; Support the investigation of complaints to prevent recurrence. Stay updated on compliance regulations, company policies, and product knowledge through continuous training. Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for an individual to join our Customer Relations team, providing support to our Toyota Financial Services customers, addressing concerns relating to our products and services, working within regulatory timeframes. Ideally, we are looking to attract individuals with previous Complaints / Relations experience from within either the motor or Financial Services industry. A bit about the ‘Department': The Customer Relations team is responsible for dealing with complaints from customers, aiming to resolve their dissatisfaction within a designated time period. They maintain the Toyota Way of handling customer complaints in alliance with the regulations set by the Financial Conduct Authority, aiming to ensure good customer outcomes across the organisations. What you'll be doing: Providing exemplary complaint resolution and customer service to ensure a fair and consistent approach is delivered to our customers. To be an effective communicator and ensure all complaints are acknowledged in a timely manner and customers are kept informed throughout the complaint process. Work closely with operational teams to ensure effective communication is upheld with our customers through to resolution of their complaint. Understanding and researching all aspects of customer communication, identifying important points to highlight using a fair and reasonable attitude. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements relating to complaint handling, guaranteed standards of service, and customer expectations. Keep accurate records of all customer contact by making full notes on our CMS system and adding complaints onto the complaints log. Requirements Key Experience &amp; Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience working in complaints in an environment governed by the Financial Conduct Authority would be desirable. About the department: Data Services is utilised throughout the company, and the Data Analysts are responsible for supporting business reporting for numerous teams. Data Services look after the data warehouse, where data is received internally and externally and is prepared and enriched, before being modelled to make it easily reportable. The team extract, transform and load the data into its end state. Responsibilities: Understanding the current business landscape (priorities, preferences and constraints). Quantifying the potential effort/value to support prioritisation. Gathering and elaborate on business requirements. Analysis and data interpretation. Collaboration with development teams to translate requirements into design. Presentation of data via reporting and visualisation (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Cognos etc.) Coordinating testing with end-users and ensure sign-off.
