Upon successful completion of this banksman training course, you will learn to understand the leading causes of reversing accidents and be able to identify accident types to prevent them; Know the role of management, particularly about risk assessments and safe systems of work; understand what constitutes a banksman, including safety rules and controls/guidelines; become familiar with the regulations applying to drivers, such as hand signals and verbal instructions; you will also learn the main three categories of reversing accidents, injuries to pedestrians, damage to objects in the workplace and other types of accidents. COURSE OUTLINE

The Banksman training course comprises three different modules, which are as follows;

• Further Controls and Responsible Actions
• Safety Checks and Signals

DURATION

The total duration of Banksman training - video content is 40 Minutes; it does not include the time taken to read, analyse and attempt the quiz or conduct any other research.

Learners can access the Learning Platform 24/7. The time to complete the course depends on the learner’s pace and the time dedicated to training. Though the course is self-paced, the learner will be given a maximum period of 12 Months from the date of enrolment. Learners may request an extension, but ILC holds the right to close/lock the course after the completion of 12 Months.

ASSESSMENT

After successful enrolment, the learner will get access to the Learning Platform, where the training material is available. The training is in video format, and each module has many videos.

3-5 Multiple Choice Questions follow each module. You can review the video content as often as you like and submit the test once satisfied with the answers. The minimum pass score is 80%, and you will have three attempts to pass the test for each module. But, if in any condition, you cannot pass in three attempts, you can request three more attempts for all modules, after which all modules will be locked.

ACCREDITATION

The courses offered by Inspire London College are approved and accredited by The CPD Certification Services and different organisations in specific fields including IIRSM (International Institute of Risk and Safety Management), IATP (Independent Asbestos Training Providers), and IFE (Institution of Fire Engineers).
