This British Sign Language Advanced Course will provide learners with a further insight into the sign language according to the British method, discussing grammar, communicating emotions and other more detailed sign. Whether working with others, or just want to know more for yourself, this course will cover a range of modules and provide multiple examples for assessment.

The British Sign Language Advanced Course is split into the following modules:

  • Descriptions of Others and their Traits, in BSL
  • Assorted Environments and their Relevant Signs
  • BSL and Its Grammar
  • Concluding this Course

Assessment

To assess the learners ability and knowledge to effectively understand the topics contained within the British Sign Language Advanced Course, the course features a number of end of module interactive quiz questions.

Additionally, at the end of the course learners will also take an online multiple choice assessment test. This online multiple choice test is marked automatically so you will receive an instant grade and know whether you have passed the course.

Certificate

On successful completion of this British Sign Language Advanced Course learners will receive a CPD Certificate of Achievement award from Oplex Careers.

This certificate will be produced in PDF format, hard copies of the certificate will be available at an additional fee of £9.99.

Course Duration

The online British Sign Language Advanced Course requires 14 hours to complete the course in full. I am interested in your course advanced level 4 would I have to do the levels 1,2 & 3 before doing this one ?

Some people do start from the level 1 and progressing up to the level 4, although if you feel confident to start straight onto the level 4 this is fine too! Once registered any help you need along the way you can get in touch with our Support Team to help you through to your Final Assessment. With our Exam Pass Guarantee, if you are unsuccessful the first time in the final assessment, you can retake the final assessment test until you reach a grade you are happy with – free of charge!
