"I left school at 16, and knew I wanted to get straight into a job where I could work with people. Having gained some basic admin experience through various temp jobs, I was able to break into the HR industry as an HR Assistant. I get a great sense of achievement from knowing that I’m working to make other’s lives easier in their jobs – and although it can be stressful at times when dealing with difficult situations and dissatisfied colleagues, this only makes me want to try even harder to solve the problems and make sure the whole team is happy."
